DEPUTY HEAD OF CONTROLLING

As a Deputy Head of Controlling, managing a team of 4 persons, you will deal with one of key retail players in Russia taking care of budgeting, coordination and preparation of monthly reporting in accordance with corporate accounting policy, assurance its completeness and availability in planning/reporting systems, taking part in internal audit, short, mid and long-term business planning.Your main responsibilities will include: Present financial analysis of the general profit and loss at the country/regional level in order to monitor gross profit and key financial performance figures; Provide high-quality focused financial information to business leaders to support the profitable development, in order to allow proactive/reliable business decision-making; Manage an effective budgeting and forecasting process; Monitor tax and treasury management; Motivate, manage and lead the national controlling team; Manage ongoing development of financial systems, including implementation of financial software (SAP, Hyperion, etc.); Develop and implement controlling tools. Required experience and skills: Bachelor s or Master degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA/CPA/ACCA preferred At least 8 years of relevant experience; Background in FMCG, Retail or Pharma industry is a must; Leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, in particular with stake-holders and business partners; Expertise in delivery of insightful analysis and reports; SAP, MS Excel, MS Office Suite. Fluency in English and Russian is essential for the role.
