Description

M&A deals execution
Special situations
Valuation of target company's assets for M&A or JV deals
Drafting of transaction documents
Negotiation of transaction terms
Requirements:
From 5 years of experience in corporate finance (private equity, investment banks, financial advisory departments of Big 4 or investment departments of holding companies)
Experience in M&A deals execution is a must
Fluent EnglishExperience in working in or with oil & gas companies is a plus
