Director

Duties:

• Search for venture investment projects in Russia and abroad;
• Project support prior to making an investment decision, incl. Search for projects, negotiation, due diligence, negotiation of binding documents;
• Support of investment projects (work on the board of directors, control over the fulfillment of obligations by the parties to the agreements, analysis of the main trends in the sector, support of the activities of portfolio companies;
• Search for partners, attraction of additional financing, assistance in entering the market, etc.);
• Organization of the exit from investments;
• Internal reporting on projects.

Requirements:

• Higher technical / economic education;
• English language - fluency;
• Willingness to travel.

Conditions:
