Finance Analyst

Functions: Support FP&A Manager and FD in the consolidation and preparation of timely, accurate and well supported Plans/UPD/LRP's and LBE's for Total PPD Russia Provide direct financial support to the dedicated Business Units, including managing monthly budget trackers, PR's and Commercial Models Monitor and track all responsible business unit expenses, ensure they are in line with approved budgets Prepare Monthly Financial Reporting Package Prepare, consolidate commentaries to detailed expense summaries (eg. departmental expense) and send to commercial teams Collaboratively work with affiliate Demand Manager to coordinate, manage and facilitate the monthly S&OP package. Prepare monthly finance reconciliation meeting slides, ensure they are prepared and organized prior to the meeting Participate in monthly closing process: review and confirm accruals for respective business units Requirements: Higher degree in Finance 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting in international companies Fluent English Strong analytical skills Excel advanced user SAP knowledge is a plus Terms: Professional growth in the international business environment Voluntary Medical insurance for employees Competitive Salary Food payment Annual Bonus Life & Accident Insurance Location: m.
