Responsibilities:
Participation in budget and forecasts preparation for Purchasing
Actual versus Plan analysis, development of operational action plans upon deviations
Collaboration in implementation of purchasing KPIs to evaluate and track efficiency of expenditures
Ad-hoc analysis/evaluation of purchasing initiatives
Control of contracts terms performing
Business and performance analyses, data mining and reporting, and business modeling
Analisys and preparation of Monthly purchasing Scorecard (PPV, Productivity, Coverage etc)
Analysis of Accounts payable dynamics and preparation of Accounts Payable forecasting, as well as participation in cash outflows forecasting
Close communication and work effectively with other departments and HQ, share knowledge and information
Requirements:
University degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance/Graduate
