Finance Director

Experience & skills: Higher economic education, АССА or MBA, preferred. Knowledge and understanding of Russian accounting standards and taxation Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated track record of managing large projects People management experience Experience with a Big 4 is plus. Fluent English Working knowledge of SAP or ERP system is preferred. Key responsibilities Full range of Finance director responsibilities: monthly forecasting and for strategic planning periodic update;, monitoring of the economic environment, coordination of the process of the company annual budget and control over budget performance; Manage and Review the preparation and reporting process for local required financial statements and other reports in accordance with Local accounting standards and deadlines. Full financial support of all business units and all business functions, including operational and investments analysis Responsibility for coordination of financial activities between local company and HQ Lead the development and implementation of efficient and effective business processes that optimize long-term profitable growth, protect our assets, mitigate risks and maximize customer service.
