Finance Director

Description: Responsible for the monthly financial and forecasting process as well as the annual planning cycle. Overall responsibility for the company's P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow. Achieves and maintains the best possible level of administrative organization and internal control in compliance with US GAAP principles and SOX legislation. Responsible for timely update of the SOXA web tool as part of securing strong internal control environment. Analyze monthly figures and defines actions aimed at improving margins and reducing costs. Coordinates cost reduction related projects Leads the implementation, maintenance and the periodical reviews of the departments' budgets. Carries out of internal operational audits on effectiveness and efficiency of processes and controls Develops the finance team though adequate hiring, training and coaching in order to achieve the best qualitative and quantitative support for the company Formulates the rules and regulations concerning risk management, fraud, safety, systems, outsourcing and human resources. Acts in a best possible way to increase company's value Responsible for contacts with banks, tax authorities, auditors and headquarters Manages the IT department and implements the IT policy. Works on supporting to EMEA Finance by providing ad hoc financial reports.
