About the company:Our client (Hilong Holding Limited) is a worldwide leading company within the industry.Along with its subsidiaries, the Company is an integrated oilfield equipment and service provider with a focus on drill pipes, line pipe and oil country tubular goods coatings and oilfield services.It operates in three segments: oil and gas equipment production segment, including the production of drilling pipes which are used in drilling exploration or production wells for oil and gas producers; coating materials production and coating service provision segment, including the production of coating materials for anticorrosive and anti-friction purpose and provision of coating services, and oilfield services provision segment, including the provision of well drilling services to oil and gas producers Job description: Reporting to group headquarter Finance Controller & local general manager directly, in charge of local Russia plant and trading office overall financial related functions Oversee and ensure the efficient and effective operations of plant finance team; communicate in both Russia and China sides to make sure the accurancy of the financial statements Exposure to all finance functions in the company such as GL, reporting and FP&A Handle various management reporting including Channel and Product Category performance analysis Monthly review and closing including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow analysis, and tax filling Working with multiple stakeholders across diverse geographical region to support business decisions by providing robust business cases to develop program profitability assessments Provide full financial and analytical support to cross functional teams as well as preparing detailed reports on each projects financial status, risk/opportunities and variances Who we are looking for: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience More than 6 years working experience that with minimal of 2 years leadership exposure Excellent accounting and math skills Familiar with manufactory financial related work Fluency in Russian and Mandarin Great communication skills with down-to-earth personality What is on offer: Attractive Package Promising career development
