FINANCE MANAGER RUSSIA

Our client is looking for a very experienced candidate to fill in the role of the Country Finance Manager with the following responsibilitites: Manage all accounting practices for the company; conduct the annual operating plan and forecast processes for the plant. Work with the BU Controller to apply consistent accounting practices, participate in the business as a member of the leadership team. Manage the monthly and quarterly financial reporting process for the company, including general ledger and subsidiary financial ledgers. Provide appropriate resources and planning for internal and external financial and process audits. Implement recommended changes to accounting practices. Coordinate financial modeling of quotation packages. Develop and present reports and analyses to the General Manager. Lead efforts to comply with any governmental or regulatory organization financial requirements. Lead the capital management process at the local company level. Provide business support for the company in terms of product costing, accounts receivable, inventory control and payroll. Coach and mentor all general accounting, cost accounting, and finance staff; assign work according to availability, skills, and developmental needs; assess performance and provide feedback to direct reports. Successful candidate`s profile: University, or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required. Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Accountant or similar certification preferred. Significant experience required, including managerial and budgetary experience in a small-operations manufacturing environment. Ensuring compliance to Local Government requirements in terms of Reporting and Taxation; Cash Flow Management; Business System development and management (1C 8.0); Ensuring that Business System (1C 8.0) works in appropriate manner and internal controls are implemented and maintained. Ensuring that Segregation of Duties Policy is implemented and integrated through organization; Internal Audits are provided to check the compliance; Ensure high standards of financial control are maintained throughout organization; Fluent English is a must!
