Financial Analyst

Proxima Capital Group is a Moscow based independent investment firm that focuses on providing complex financial solutions, acting as both a principal and an adviser. We are a team of professionals experienced in investment banking, commercial banking, corporate finance, and law. We are looking for a financial analyst whose main responsibilities will be: Financial modelling and valuation Drafting of marketing materials (pitchbooks, teasers and information memorandums) Market research and data analysis Key requirements: 1-3 year experience in investment banking / valuation / management consulting Sound understanding of corporate finance and financial reporting Experience in building financial models and drafting presentations from scratch Fluent English and Russian Ability to work long hours under pressure Strong interpersonal skills
