Financial Analyst to commercial controlling

Lenta is one of the largest retail chains in Russia and the country's largest hypermarket chain led by a highly experienced management team.

We are looking for a specialist who is willing to develop his skills, gain new professional opportunities and participate in challenging projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• financial analysis of commercial function
• preparation of financial and management reports
• budgeting and forecasting
• variance analysis (fact vs plan), SWOT-analysis
• participation in category management projects;
• performance analysis of selected group of goods;
• support commercial department in preparing cases, estimations, models;
• estimation of potential outcomes from commercial initiatives and business cases;
• perform ad hoc analysis on request of business partners;
• educate business partners in the usage and interpretation of financial information

Requirements:

• university degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics
• 2-3 years of relevant and practical experience, preferably in international retail company or Big 4
• MS Office advanced user (Excel, PowerPoint)
• knowledge of SAP/QlikView software will be a plus
• good English level (spoken and written)
