FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

With a reporting line to Deputy CFO, you will be responsible for: Take overall responsibility for the monthly financial and management reporting (US GAAP) for Eastern Europe; In charge of the preparation of annual budgets; Monitor actual performance vs budget; Monitor and manage working capital levels; Ensure ongoing SOX compliance of East European entities; Lead various projects to improve the performance of finance function (automation of reporting, improvement of internal controls etc.); Liaise with external (US GAAP audit) and internal auditors, coordinate the audit on the company's side; Manage relationships with external parties (banks, outsourcing accounting firms, consultants); Manage integration of finance/accounting functions of newly acquired companies to realize synergies; Support functional managers in implementation of cost efficiency initiatives; Supervise and develop a junior reporting specialist; Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by the management. Required experience and skills: Higher education in finance/accounting/economics; Big 4 experience is a must; ACCA - at least 2 level passed; Thorough knowledge of Russian accounting standards; Good knowledge of US GAAP (or IFRS); At least three years' experience in similar position; Working level of English is a must; Experience with SOX.
