• coordination of data collection process from different business units
• review and reconciliation of the incoming data
• performing analytical procedures to ensure data is complete and fairly presented

Financial and operational control over one of the business units (Development and Real Estate):
day-to-day cooperation with the representatives of the unit under control to ensure corporate governance policy is in force. This includes but is not limited to review of contracts above the materiality level, approval of top-management appointments and resignations, etc.
review of quarterly management reporting forms of several legal entities
actual vs. budget reconciliation, understanding the underlying factors which cause all the material deviations
participation in the annual budgeting process, including critical assessment of the underlying assumptions
review of the long-term operating models of the business units
review of DCF-models of new investment initiatives proposed by business units management, performing sensitivity analysis, pointing up risky areas
performing reconciliation between management accounting forms and audited financial statements, liaison with external auditors
participation in the internal audits and ad-hoc optimization projects
Requirements:
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Prior experience with management reporting (preparation and/or review)
Prior experience with financial modeling
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills
Team-player
Big-4 experience
ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA
