Financial Controller

Main Functions Responsible to ensure and analyze the key information in due time and manner to have a real picture of the situation of the company. Analyze and follow up profitability, margins and results of the company. Assists the Management in elaborating the annual budget and is responsible for its continuous follow-up, identifying deviations and proposing proper measures to correct them. Review the monthly costs for each area / department of the company. Weekly review of the sales, margins and credit notes. Planning and execution of the financial reporting, budgeting, closing and financial analysis on variance and performance. Responsible for all the financial reporting to the headquarters, monthly, quarterly and annual closings. Enhances the internal control, cost analysis and control, monitoring and auditing expenses and assisting in managing improvement Supports all areas in doing specific analysis of project feasibility managing reagional finance managers, managing a team of 5 Link with internal and external auditors of the company. Requirements Bachelor's / University degree in Accounting/Finance, Business/Management or Economics MS Office, especially Excel experienced English: fluent, very good written and verbal (to be able to communicate fluently) At least 5-7 years experience in finance functions, ideally in an international company in financial planning and analysis and / or operational finance experience Good understanding of Russian accounting principles as well as IFRS or US GAAP Good analytical & communication skills Willing to learn and work on processes improvements Able to work in autonomous manner and lead and teach others
