Financial Controller

Responsibilities: In-charge of management financial reporting and analytics for major service line(s); Understand business needs and analyze critical data; Ensure financial policies are applied within the service line; Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports and analysis within strict deadlines; Drive budgeting and forecasting processes; Deliver presentations on financial performance matters to the service line management; Manage a small team of management accountants/financial analysts. Requirements: Higher education (Finance, Economics), international accounting qualification (CMA, CIMA, ACCA, etc.); Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, preferably in Management Accounting; Minimum 3 years of experience of managing teams; Fluent English; Excellent communication skills: written, verbal. Both Russian and English; Excellent PC skills (Advanced MS Excel and Powerpoint); Accuracy Ability to handle multiple tasks; Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure; Structured Client-orientedness; Team player.
