General Responsibilities Preparing plant budgets and forecasts and reporting variances against the same Preparation of Capital investment projects, justification forms and tracking spend by project Ensuring that fixed and current assets and liabilities in the plant are accurately recorded Timely and accurate management and financial reporting Taking full responsibility for the ICE in the plant. Supporting local plant management in local initiatives eg LEAN Preparation and maintenance of the plant PMDB (product margin data base). Driving working capital improvement Tightly managing costs and maintaining MHOC rates Filing of local statutory tax and annual financial statements Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling in a management position University degree in business administration or a related field The ability and experience to work with people on a cross cultural basis. Persistent, hands on, attention to detail, and a mindset to meet deadlines. Change orientated A working knowledge of verbal and written English.
