Financial Manager

Responsibilities: Business Process Reengineering: - Establish the process of monthly reconciliation between local ERP and group ERP;- Drive project of data entry optimisation:- Agree technical architecture and new process flows;- Prepare detailed project plan;- Manage implementation of technical solution and process change;- Ensure full integration with billing platform;- Maintain full compliance with Russian accounting and tax regulations;- If necessary assume the role of Chief Accountant. Set up Financial planning and Forecasting processes: - Margin forecasting;- Cash flow forecasting;- Control Balance Sheet. Running business-as usual accounting processes: - Accounts Payable; Accounts receivable;- Month-end process;- HR function;- Validate commercial contracts from accounting point of view;- Maintain good working relationships with EMEA head office;- Maintain correct documentation/archiving.- Potentially, represent the legal entity during meetings with Tax and State Authorities, Contractual Partners, Banks, etc;- Liaise with and support of Auditors.Skills: Substantial experience with system implementation and business process reengineering; Expert knowledge and practical experience of Russian Accounting and Tax rules; Good knowledge of Russia Contractual and Employment Law; Familiarity with International Standards of Financial Reporting/GAAP, etc; High working level of English; Advanced user of Excel.
