Responsibilities: Managing and delivering project work in the Finance function. Establishing the change discipline in Moscow Finance and providing the management of the Moscow book of work. Responsible for all deliveries of a project. The Change & QA Manager will own the full life cycle management including all project governance, managing risks, issues, dependencies and escalation. Work closely with the front and back office functions to provide solutions to business development and initiatives. Delivery of quality assurance across the Global Finance teams built on strong risk based assessments. Perform Design Effectiveness Assessments (DEA) and Operational Effectiveness Assessments (OET) of the processes, including documentation of the key process steps and risks. Making recommendations for how the Bank should structure its financial infrastructure in order to deliver an accurate, efficient and controlled framework. Defining Accounting, P&L and Risk configurations for systems. Working with other areas of the Bank to identify and implement process improvements to streamline the Bank s data processing and financial infrastructure. Ongoing maintenance and improvement of all aspects of the accounting, regulatory and risk and pnl process. Requirements: Banking Experience (min 6 years). A qualified accountant (ACMA, ACCA or ACA) or qualified by experience. Strong IT skills advanced excel and visual basic with proven track record of delivery of IT solutions in a Finance environment. Fluent English. Proven track record of delivery of Finance projects. Strong skills in defining approaches to analysis, structuring, planning and project managing. Full life cycle project experience. Experience working in a Finance line team. Broad product knowledge. Strong accounting knowledge including regulatory and technical environments e.g. IFRS. Good working knowledge of financial markets. Good knowledge of trading pnl, attribution and balance sheet production. Strong quantitive skills. Team work, including people outside of Finance, including business and technical staff. Clear and organised communication style.
