Responsibilities:
Control of reporting preparation and evaluation of key drivers
Business support for Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain
P&L review to provide management team with relevant information for decision making process
Development and implementation of process improvements
Cross functional cooperation with stake holders to develop and implement strategy initiatives; scenario analysis
Cost control and budgeting to ensure financial targets delivery and improve cost transparency
Deployment of financial tools to support sustainable business development and decision making process
Building of effective and highly engaged finance team focusing on the business support function development (Market, sales and supply finance functions have been established)
Define and support the strategy development process and track its progress.
Requirements:
University Degree/ Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; MBA is a plus but no a mandatory
Minimum 7 year experience in Finance within FMCG (candidates without FMCG experience won t be considered)
Deep understanding of Financial data
Helicopter view in Finance
Upper-Intermediate level of English is a must
Good communication skills and ability to negotiate desired outcomes
