Global Corporate HIGH YIELD and EMERGING MARKETS FIXED INCOME Portfolio Manager

JOB FUNCTION: Manage HY & EM sovereign and corporate Eurobonds portfolios Provide investment consulting to the clients funds and family offices Support the research department in forming the investment ideas pipeline by originating a short list of attractive bond issues Participate in negotiations and build relationships with potential individual and institutional clients Design and promote new products and services for the clients QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years hands-on experience in FI portfolio management/investment consulting Solid understanding of the global FI markets, the principles and the techniques of portfolio management Strong analytical skills, including recovery analysis, covenant analysis and analysis of overall creditworthiness Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must (both English and Russian) GENERAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Non-standard way of thinking, genuine creativity Ability to assert his/her own point of view Ability to work well under time and task pressure and employ sound decision-making skills Work well with diverse multiple tasks Strong problem solving detail-oriented skills and an ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities 2nd or 3rd CFA level will be your advantage COMPENSATION: KPI-based monthly salary Performance-based semi-annual bonus
