Head of Accounting and Controlling

Job Responsibilities: Effective overall management of all accounting processes Tax accounting and interaction with Tax Authorities To take care about GAAP/RAS accounting processes. Setting up effective accounting and financial reporting processes. Process set up and system automation. Review, update, creation and implementation of new corporate policies and procedures. Cashflow management Managing and leading overall statutory reporting process. Management of accounting and control of company assets Leadership and active participation in internal and external audit processes Leadership and management of accounting team Requirements: Relevant job experience for at least 4 years in big multinational company Relevant experience in US GAAP, SOX understanding Very good understanding and practical knowledge of local statutory accounting principles, tax accounting Proficient PC user, experience in 1C Experience in setting up and restructuring accounting processes, system automation Analytic mindset, result-oriented, capable to drive and lead change Excellent communication and people management skills Fluent written and spoken English.
