Head of Asset management at Real Estate Department

Asset management

·         Developing strategy for asset development and value appreciation

·         Operational control of Property managers and Facility managers companies’ including  performance monitoring

·         Preparation of quarterly reports for board meetings and clients

Financial controlling

·         Daily cooperation with portfolio assets accountants and solving important issues

·         Control over the preparation of financial statements for each of the portfolio assets, verification and approval (for further audit)

·         Interaction with auditors, Assets’ insurance

Financial analysis

·         Refinancing and borrowing of loans from bank (negotiations, financial modeling, credit documentation studying, quarterly compliance reports to banks, quarterly advance redemption)

·         Participation in buy-side, sell-side transactions

·         Financial modeling

Требования к кандидату

·         10+ years of experience in the Real estate (in particular in asset management) industry

·         Hands-on approach

·         Experience in working with private clients, single-family offices, investment funds

·         Team player, outstating communication skills, executive presence

·         Fluent English

·         Good knowledge of real estate market and practices in Europe
