Head of FI Sales

Requrements: University degree in finance or related field 3+ years of relevant industry experience Fixed income / bond trading experience Front office experience Minimum 2 years of management experience Fluency in Russian and English Responsibilities: Developing Fixed Income Sales Business strategy for the firm Building effective relationships with international and domestic clients of the firm Attracting new buy-side clients (internationally and regionally) by reaching out to existing network and also by building new relationships Servicing buy-side clients during bond trades Expanding the network of liquidity providers by tapping into existing network and also by building new relationships Working with the research team on drafting new client pitches
