Head of Finance Controlling

On this position you will subordinate directly to CFO (expat), in your subordination will be a team of 7 people. As a Head of Finance Controlling you will be responsible for total support and consultancy for Business Units on several countries level. You will be in charge of investments, scenario planning, risks and opportunities analyzing, strategy development and processes optimization. Also you will control planning and budgeting; monitor accounting and closing process. As our Head of Controlling role has a strategic focus, you should be a true business partner, able to establish strong communication on management level. This is a role for a true leader, experienced professional with great communication skills and helicopter view. If you want to become a part of the world-wide known FMCG company and fulfil your potential, you should have at least 10 years of experience in big international FMCG or pharmaceutical companies.
