Head of Investor Relations

Key functions 

• ​​Set up IR framework, processes and reporting
• Set up company positioning for investors (blockchain / crypto – funds, large and retail crypto investors, OTC traders and non-blockchain / crypto – corporates, family offices, etc.)
• Establish relationships and promote company to investors, blockchain rating agencies / analysts and KOLs, active networking with the key industry leaders
• Work with exchanges on new listings and awareness / promotion programs
• Participation in and organization of meetups, conferences, events and roadshows to promote company’s innovation and technologies among investors and community
• Identify and analyze competitors’ IR strategies
• Coordination of communication strategy with marketing, PR, content and product specialists
• Coordination of IR with company’s ambassadors
• Work with other projects on various joint activities and partnerships
• Geographies: US, EU, China, S. Korea, Japan and Australia

 Professional requirements 

• ​5+ years’ experience as IR manager for a leading blockchain / tech company
• Experience in creating efficient investor relations strategies
• Ability to develop and execute strong strategic plans in investor relations space
• Superior data and analytical skills including the ability to define and decompose relevant metrics and to directly perform data analysis
• Understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystems
• Strong knowledge of “growth hacking” / “lean startup” methods
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in finance

• Fluent English
• Good Chinese and/or Korean is a plus
