Head of IR

Main responsibilities: Development and implementation of IR strategy of the Company Communications with the exchange Regular communications with investment community Monitoring Company s investor base, investor targeting Organization of Company s management participation in roadshows, investment conferences, relevant industry forums Organization of site visits, investor days and other special events for investment community Analysis and monitoring of equity markets Preparation of presentations for investors Preparation of IR press releases Preparation of content for the Company web-site Main requirements: Education: higher degree in finance, economics; MBA is a plus Work experience: more than 5 years of relevant IR experience Foreign languages: Native English, Russian is preferable Willingless to travel about 40% (mainly USA, Europe, etc.) Specific skills: excellent writing skills; excellent presentation and communication skills
