Head of M&A group

Main responsibilities: Preparation and execution of M&A transactions Valuation of target company's assets for M&A or JV deals Drafting of transaction documents (shareholders agreements, agreements on the establishment of joint ventures, contracts of sale of shares, charters, framework agreements and other) Negotiation of transaction terms Coordination the M&A team activities Requirements: Higher education From 5 years of corporate finance experience (private equity, investment banks, financial advisory departments of Big 4 or investment departments of holding companies) From 3 years of experience in M&A Experience in M&A deals execution Experience in management of people, workstreams and project teams Fluent English Experience of work with legal documentation Experience in O&G sector is a plus Participation in large and complex projects in vertically integrated holdings
