Key tasks & responsibilities:
Implementation of marketing strategy and adoption to local conditions
Planning and execution of local events
Co-operating with sales in developing local customer acquision- and top-client network strategies
Implementation communication strategy
Development and maintenance of products in coordination with Marketing at Global level
Arrangement of regional terms and conditions
Arrangement of regional legal regulatory and compliance aspects
Implementation of risk policy at regional level
Budget control and monitoring
Interface to other group organizations for marketing related topics
Main requirements:
5+ year of relevant experience (BTL/digital channels)
Deep knowledge of internal / external customer network, competitive landscape and economic / market environment
Good understanding of compliance of supervised activities with internal and external risk management regulations / Application of existing quality and risk management standards
Proven managerial experience with small/medium teams (5+ subordinates) i.e. examples of leading, motivating and inspiring people to meet productivity and financial performance by presenting complex ideas anticipating potential objections and preparing case accordingly;
Work English (both oral and written)
