Who we are looking for: Higher Degree in HR, management, administration, etc. 5+ year experience in HR (Deputy HR Director, Talent management supervisor, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, HR manager); Experience in multinational companies; Fluent/Upper Intermediate English Dynamic, structured, open, hard-worker, optimistic person Job description: Initiate and implement HR strategy within assigned business unit Recruitment Rotation, internal promotions providing Performance management, assessment, individual development plan implementation KPI and grading projects participation T&D and C&B ensuring Preparing forecasts and reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
