Job description:
Initiate and implement HR strategy within assigned business unit
Recruitment
Rotation, internal promotions providing
Performance management, assessment, individual development plan implementation
KPI and grading projects participation
T&D and C&B ensuring
Preparing forecasts and reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
