In-house M&A Manager

Requirements: University degree in Finance / economics / mathematics 2-3 years of relevant experience in in-house M&A, Investment banking (senior analyst or junior associate level), Big-4 (Corporate Finance, M&A or Transaction Services) Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting is a must Fluency in English and Russian High motivated, ambitious; team player, strong analytical skills; results-oriented, responsible , multi-tasking Description: Working as part of a team on in-house M&A deals Participating in execution of major mergers and acquisitions, capital investment and corporate acquisitions for the company Financial modeling, detailed financial analysis, investment appraisal and evaluation of strategic business development opportunities
