OverviewThe Mastercard Summer Intern Program is a (minimum) 8 week comprehensive program where students will gain hands on real work-life skills while having fun and contributing to a global company.
The program is open to:
- Current students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and who are one year in advance of graduating
- Evidence of strong academics, cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- Innovative thinking and ability to partner across the organization
Intern, Customer Delivery - Role
- Understand Mastercard business operation model and current market landscape
- Assist Customer Delivery Managers on the day-to-day, including internal and external communication, vendor management, paperwork, and other ad-hoc requests
- Take part in all studies of the project execution
- Perform data research & analysis and reporting activities
- Enhance internal plans/processes and track execution/completion of the internal process
All About You
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluency in English and Russian is a must
- Strong research and analytical skills, attention to details
- Ability to learn quickly and solve complex problems
- Good communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Hardworking and being able to work under pressure
- Prior working experience in payment, banking, or technology is a plus
- Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, e-commerce and digital payment related majors
