Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include providing the full scope of technical support at all stages of M&A process including:

• Data collection and market research
• Preparation of comprehensive market analysis
• Development of models and indicative business valuations
• Assistance in preparation of teasers, investment memorandums and other project-related presentations

Requirements

• University undergraduate in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics
• Ability to work 25-40 hours per week in a dynamic, changing environment
• Strong analytical skills – able to analyze a big amount of data
• Basic knowledge of corporate finance, financial modelling, market research andpreparation of presentations
• Knowledge in blockchain/crypto is a plus
• Participation in CFA program is a plus
• Fluent English is a must
