Intern Information Technologies

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing first-level support for RenCap's application modules:

• Receiving, sorting and routing users' requests;
• Resolving issues as per users’ requests;
• Monitoring application modules;
• Drawing up reports on application modules.

Providing second-level support for RenCap's application modules:

• Supporting Front, Middle, Back Office modules for Renaissance Capital (Enterprise Application Integration (Tibco), SWIFT, Risks Management Systems, Aladsys, QORT, Calypso etc);
• Verifying and monitoring system availability;
• Cooperating with all levels of IT support;
• Conducting routine maintenance of Front, Middle, Back Office systems;
• Troubleshooting of Front, Middle, Back Office systems;
• Assisting with reconciliation of data across Back Office, Front Office and Middle Office systems;

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Final year graduates / post graduates students - Technical / Maths / Physics education;
• English - technical;
• Fluent Russian language;
• General understanding of how financial companies and market work;
• Knowledge of scripting skills - Linux / Python / Bash + Python or data processing scripts;
• Knowledge of SQL (experience with databases (tables level) , writing of queries );
• Analytical skills;
• Communication skills;
• Enthusiasm, pro activity, readiness for challenge is a double plus.
• Ability to work as a team player;
• Resistance to stress.
