Intern/Analyst. Structured Products Division

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of internal and client presentations and discussion materials
• Pricing and quantitative analysis of derivative and structured finance transactions
• Coordination of approval and execution processes with relevant departments and support functions
• Preparation of transaction term sheets
• Preparation of internal credit applications and materials
• Presenting structured solutions to the clients

Qualifications required:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in derivatives and structured finance for Analyst; banking / finance / consulting internships experience for intern
• Degree in economics/finance/math/physics/engineering
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English
• Basic knowledge of bond/equity mechanics, derivatives, structured products
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work with clients and explain complex products in simple words
• Quick, responsive, grasping ideas, stress-resistant, highly motivated
• CFA candidate would be a plus
