Investment Analyst

The position offers unique opportunity and experience in building a leading investment company with multi-industry expertise and involvement in different M&A, capital investment, and infrastructure projects.

As an Analyst, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive investment and industry experience, helping our beneficiary solve the complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Development of new financial models, valuation, and scenario/stress analysis as directed by the CIO
• Participation in direct interactions with targets and other counterparties on detailed, day-to-day aspects of M&A transactions and other Investment Projects
• Preparation of financial analysis and executive summaries for internal investment committees and management sessions
• Reporting on topics such as general economic and industry-specific developments and trends
• Building relationships with relevant sell-side analysts, salespeople, and research associates
• Interacting in investment program development with portfolio companies
• Business development streams and critical review of new opportunities

Requirements:

• Degree from a leading Russian university
• Deep knowledge in accounting, corporate finance, and valuation approaches
• 1-3 years of experience in IB, PE, Equity Research, Hedge Fund, Investment Management, or relevant Real Estate industry role
• Experience of post-merger integration or pre-deal separation projects will be your strong advantage
• Ability to comfortably interact with internal and external counterparties in a professional and mature manner
• CFA and/or other additional relevant certificated and courses would be a plus
