Job Description

Hours: 40 hours per week (may be required to work additional hours in excess of normal hours of work if reasonably necessary for the proper performance of the role)

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of investment materials (pitches, presentations), review of legal documentation (memoranda, term sheets)
  • Financial modelling and financial analysis
  • Participation in due diligence and preparation of research reports (gathering and synthesis of financial and operational benchmarks, industry overview, government regulations, market data, etc.)
  • IR and communication with target companies
  • Quarterly portfolio reports
  • Assistance to senior investment team

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance/Economics with at least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Above-average academic record and interest in financial markets/ private equity
  • Solid understanding of accounting and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills and fluency in English
  • Fluency in Chinese (advantage)
  • CFA / ACCA Program enrolment (advantage)
  • Drive, enthusiasm, creativity and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently as part of a small team
