Aspring Capital is a Moscow-based mid-market investment banking firm delivering high-quality service and outstanding results to its clients in various industries, even in the current complex economic environment: 100% focus on client advisory no balance sheet commitment and any associated conflicts of interest M&A transaction support Fundraising and restructuring Strategic consulting on a wide range of corporate finance topics Extensive banking experience Aspring Capital was founded by Dmitry Dyakin and Sergey Airapetov who have over 12 years of individual experience in financial advisory and transaction support No affiliation with any large banking or industrial holding Over 10 transactions completed by Aspring Capital team members in the last 3 years Strong industry expertise with focus on Internet, Media and Technology, Healthcare, Consumer, Retail and Real Estate sectors As a full-time , you will: Assistant in performing valuation analyses using various methodologies including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, trading comparables and transaction comparables Participate in the origination and execution of equity and debt transactions Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyze the impacts of different capital structures and potential M&A transactions Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance Participate in all stages of transaction executions, from the pitch phase through to closing Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the Investment Bank REQUIRED BACKGROUND: Final year students or Master program ones DESIRED EXPERIENCE SKILLS: Ability to handle high workload and work under pressure Strong accounting and financial statement analysis skills with attention to detail Verbal and written skills in English Well-developed quantitative skills Presentation skills both verbal and written High level of energy and flexibility with a positive, team oriented can-do attitude Аbility to manage expectations of senior bankers while working on projects simultaneously Strong interpersonal relationship skills are critical. Must have solid communication skills and a personal style conducive to building relationships Strong teamwork orientation, integrity, intellectual curiosity and dedication to providing the best product to clients
