Investment Manager/Senior analyst

 The successful candidate will:

• Do market research and analysis;
• Conduct valuation and investment analysis;
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for the shareholders and management;
•  Participate in portfolio companies management, including in-depth review of operations and financial results, budgeting and strategic planning;
• Participate in all stages of investment process - origination, due diligence, structuring, and execution.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years in investment banking, private equity, in-house M&A, corporate finance, consulting or equity research;
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills;
• Understanding of macro fundamentals and trends;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Able to work independently with little supervision;
• Attention to detail;
• Advanced oral and written English;
• Degree in business, finance or technical sciences;
• CFA / ACCA degree is a plus.
