Investor Relations Manager / Director

International VC fund is looking for IR Manager / Director to join the investment team and lead fundraising activities in the EU and Russia.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Building relations with potential investors (both individuals and institutions)

• Management of the entire fundraising process

• Maintenance of relations with existing Fund's investors

 

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in Investor Relations industry (VC / PE IR experience is preferred)

• Ex-Manager / VP / Director from largest Russian / International Banks Private Banking / Sales departments

• Existing relations with different groups of potential EU and(or) CIS investors (HNWIs, FoFs, corporations) are a must

• Advanced understanding of VC / PE industries investors universe

• Strong interpersonal, organizational and project management skills

• Result orientation and self-organization
