IR Manager

Description: Planning and organizing IR campaigns and special events (conference calls on financial results, road-shows, investor conferences, investor days, private meetings with investors and analysts (one-on-one briefings), etc.) Analyzing and consolidating financial information of the Company Analyzing both Russian and international economic situation / major trends in metals and mining industry Enabling the most effective two-way communication between investors and the Company`s shareholders \ Implementing public information disclosure system Forming the Company`s informational and commercial strategy for investors Negotiating with international banks, potential investors and rating agencies Consensus analysis and evaluation of analyst models and research distribution management. Education: Financial Education. + MBA / CFA / ACCA as a plus 5-years overall professional experience. Past experience in investment or audit firm (big 4) and sound knowledge of capital markets. Solid financial, strategic analysis and valuation skills. Highly organized and detail oriented. Strong presentation skills. English close to native knowledge.
