IT Governance Head

Responsibilities: Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of business and sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion. Develops and implements IT standards, policies and procedures including risk-assessment. Provides their internal IT cross-domain implementation, governance and control. Ensures proper architecture governance and implementation across all IT domains. Ensures consistent IT budget preparation and management. Organizes collection of IT metrics and provides their analysis (internal and external dashboards, KPIs, etc). Facilitates IT management functions for CIO. Requirements: Higher technical education. 5 years of working experience in banking sphere. Good understanding of banking specific business processes. Good knowledge of automated banking systems, developed by CFT company. Excellent communication and presentation skills, flexibility, loyalty. Fluent English is essential (oral and written).
