JUNIOR ANALYST / ANALYST

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing of potential investments across Fund's geographical and investment focus
• Screening and investment analysis of pipeline companies
• Financial modeling and valuation to support potential investments
• Deal support and participation in deal terms negotiation process
• Preparation of industry and market researches
• Preparation of investment and legal documents (teasers, memos, financial models, investors reports, term sheets)
• Participation in ongoing portfolio companies monitoring process
• Other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements: 

• Strong interest and knowledge in VC, Gaming and Esports industries
• Fluency in both written and oral English
• 1-3 years of relevant full-time experience in VC (preferred) / PE / IB / Investment Boutiques / Big-4 (valuation, M&A)
• Completed BSc degree / completed or studying for MSc degree in Finance / Economics / Business / Applied Math / Tech
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, valuation, and financial modeling are a must
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, advanced users of PowerPoint are preferred
• High motivation and ability to take initiative
• High attention to details and strong organizational skills are a must
• Participation in the CFA program is an advantage
• Understanding of legal documentation (TS, SHA, SA) is an advantage
