Junior analyst / Intern

Requirements: Completed BSc / completed or studying for MSc degree in Finance, Economics, or Management; Advanced knowledge of English (both oral and written) is a must (!); At least 6 months work experience / internship in corporate finance, valuation or management consulting; Excellent MS Office skills; Strong financial analysis, business modeling and valuation skills; Solid work ethic and strong motivation; Ability to handle pressure, work on multiple tasks with limited supervision, and work long hours; Participation in the CFA program is an advantage. Responsibilities: Origination, development and analysis of potential investment opportunities; Conducting market and company research; Preparation of investment documents (teasers, information memorandums, presentations, term sheets); Preparation of regular reporting to investors, including presentations and newsletters; Assisting the investment team with business analysis, financial modeling and valuation (building operational and financial models, multiples analysis); Assisting with fund management, including structuring, communication with third-party consultants, bookkeeping; Taking part in meetings and conference calls, writing meeting minutes; Other ad-hoc tasks.
