Target GlobalWe invest in fast growing Fintech, Marketplace, Mobility/Transportation companies located in Europe, Israel, Russia and UK. Target has one of the best track records for VC’s with Russian origin including investment and exit from a European “Unicorn” and 2 IPO’s of portfolio companies.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of electronic archive of the fund’s investment deals
Requirements:
- Legal degree (bachelor, masters preferred)
- Fluency in written and oral English and Russian
- Understanding of corporate law
- Quick learner with attention to detail
