M&A Analyst

Main responsibilities: Deep involvement in deal execution process Participation in M&A transactions / project streams Creating of investment and commercial models (DCF creation from scratch) Participation in negotiations with counterparties Preparation of analytical and presentation materials Drafting of various parts of transaction documents (term sheets, SPA, SHA, agreements on the establishment of joint ventures, charters, framework agreements and other) Requirements: Higher education 2-3 years of corporate finance experience (private equity, investment banks, financial advisory departments of Big 4 or investment departments of holding companies) Fluent English Advanced presentation skills Advanced skills in corporate finance and valuation Permanent work experience 3-5 years CFA program participation is desirable Experience of work with legal documentation Experience in O&G sector is a plus
