M&A Analyst

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analysis of M&A opportunities
• Preparation of teasers, information memorandums and commercial proposals
• Preparation of financial models
• Participation in meetings with the client
• Due diligence coordination
• Pursuing and closing M&A deals according to set targets

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Higher Education in Economics or Finance in the top Russian universities (HSE, NES, MSU, FA, MGIMO are preferred)
• CFA Level 1 or 2 is a plus
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills
• Fluent English
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word

LIKELY / NECESSARY EXPERIENTIAL BACKGROUND:

• Over 2 years of experience in M&A, valuation or due diligence in BIG4 companies, investment banks or M&A boutiques
