Job description:
Implement marketing standards at local level, including processes and relevant KPIs
Identify, recommend and implement new marketing ideas based on industry and non-industry trends
Create and manage accounts marketing plan to support local revenue goals
Ensure lead generation from marketing activities to fully agreed sales objectives
Analyze the market and identify trends
Oversee all marketing, advertising, promotions and events
Establish and continuously grow strong consumer brand
Partner closely with other business functions - particularly with product and sales - to reach business objectives
Who we are looking for:
Strong marketing experience in B2B and B2C sector with + 5 years' experience within the field
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
Experience within an added value marketing environment
Ability to analyze business issues, strategize and prioritize key actions and drive to resolution
Proven process and project management skills
Strong English command;
Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, ability to find creative solutions;
Enthusiastic and self-supportive with the ability to work independently
Capable of understanding the company's strategy and implement it within the context of the local market
