Main responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing
Setting marketing goals, development and implementation of marketing plan:
Brands strategy development
Media planning
Market Research Management
Budgeting, Brands P&L management
Brand Portfolio optimization
Establishing market and consumer research processes
NPD: Implementation of project management and NPD process
Creation of knowledge base
Marketing department formation, team recruiting, definition o business processes
Customer Projects and sales support: customer presentations; product launches; joint actions; new customer acquisition
Product Management: consumer study, business plans
Team Leading: team 6-10 people
Duties and tasks:
Analyze market data,
Prepare Marketing Plans and budgets
Create the strategic priorities for sales in terms of segments, customers, products with the view on company image, positioning, profitability and potential sales
Manage all marketing brand activities, NPD execution and registration, budget planning, execution and control, daily brand activities support
Participate in forecasting process
Monitor and study trade developments; organize retail monitoring process and system
Customer contact: market developments, sales, new trends, etc.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a Marketing management capacity in brand-name company
Experience in strategic planning
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Strong knowledge of Power Point and Excel
Compensation:
high salary level (discussed with candidate) + bonus + auto
