BRIEF JOB OVERVIEW: Assistance in legal work regarding activity on Russian brokerage activity Assistance in legal work with Russian derivatives Assisting lawyers on various issues MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintenance of the corporate structure of the Renaissance Capital Drafting amendments to the standard brokerage/depositary agreements; Drafting standard sale and purchase agreements; Drafting standard RISDA Liaison with external counsels regarding various issues Translation of standard agreements Liaison with clients regarding their comments to standard documentation Maintenance of all databases of the Renaissance Capital Update of standard contracts so as to comply with changes in legislation. Maintenance of database of standard derivative contracts Assisting lawyers on various issues ESSENTIAL Strong knowledge of Russian Civil law Fluent English PC literacy (MS Office) Degree from a reputable law school (MSU, MGIMO) Work experience preferably with an investment firm or an international law firm from 1 year PREFERRED Familiarity with English contract law and offshore regulations COMPETENCIES: Team oriented Ability to work long hours Ability to work under pressure Accurate
