Our client is a well-known Tier1 Bank It is looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) for the Senior Management Team.







Description

BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate; Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments; Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager; Taking dictation and minutes; Carrying out background research and presenting findings; Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations; Liaising with company s clients, suppliers and other staff. JOB REQUIREMENTS: A business / secretarial education with several years of experience as an assistant to a senior management You are a competent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and have experience with internal company databases as well as an understanding in correspondence processing You are independent, confident and have a responsible working style with outstanding organisational and problem solving skills You have the ability to prioritise multiple tasks, work in a fast-paced environment and deal with sensitive issues professionally and discreetly You are service oriented and a quick learner with a high degree of initiative and absolute loyalty You have excellent communication skills on all international levels.
